ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Chancellor Tzomes (pronounced “Toms”) is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the California Coast Credit Union, in San Diego, California.

He has 30 years of Human Resource experience and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert and consultant for hiring, managing, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion for corporations, both large and small.  He has a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, an Executive MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and was awarded a Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.

On the personal side, Chance has a 24-year-old daughter with a Master’s in social work, he manages a catering business (Chance's Chicken), and rides his Harley Davidson Motorcycle throughout Northern California for relaxation.
